Privacy Policy

This English version is provided for convenience; in the event of a discrepancy, the French version prevails.

This page simply explains what information we collect when you fill out a form, why, and your rights, in accordance with Law 25 (protection of personal information in Québec) and CASL (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation).

What we collect

  • Your cell phone number (required to text you) or your business phone.
  • Your name, your CCQ card, your company, and anything you write to us — only if you choose to provide it.
  • As the conversation unfolds: your trade, sector, experience, availability, and mobility, to assess the opportunities that suit you.

Why

Solely to contact you about construction job opportunities (or, for an employer, about your recruitment mandate) and qualify the file. We don't sell you anything and we don't send a newsletter.

Your texts and your consent

By checking the box on the form, you agree that we can text you. You can stop anytime by replying STOP to any message. We keep the date and origin of your consent as proof, as required by law.

We will never ask you by text for

Your social insurance number, a copy of your competency card, a permit, or personal documents. If someone asks you for this by text, it isn't us.

Sharing

We only share your information with a prospective employer with your knowledge, as part of a placement that interests you. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as it's useful to your job search, then for a maximum of 12 months after our last contact, after which it is destroyed — unless you ask us to keep it up to date.

Your rights

You can request to view, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time.
